ORS Finance Reconciliation is intended for authorized internal business use by Optimal Research Sites, LLC and approved personnel or contractors.
Users must only connect systems, upload files, and review information they are authorized to access and use.
The app supports reconciliation and reporting. It does not replace CTA review, accounting controls, legal interpretation, clinical oversight, or QuickBooks administrative controls.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate authorization for connected QuickBooks Online companies and other business systems.
Access may be suspended or revoked if unauthorized use, misuse, or noncompliance with business or security controls is detected.
