Optimal Research Sites, LLC uses ORS Finance Reconciliation to support internal clinical research financial reconciliation, business reporting, and operational decision-making.
The app may process contract terms, accounting records, invoice and payment status, study operational activity, and business contact information that authorized users connect or upload.
QuickBooks Online data is used for accounting reconciliation, including invoice, payment, credit, customer, balance, and receivable status needed to compare expected revenue with accounting records.
The purpose of that processing is to compare what should be billed, what systems were configured to bill, what operationally occurred, and what was invoiced, paid, pending, or rejected.
The app is not patient-facing and public pages are not intended to collect patient health information. Protected finance workflows are limited to authorized internal users.
Connected data is not sold. Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers supporting this workflow. Connector secrets and tokens are not published on the public site.
