Required secret

After Teams creates the Outgoing Webhook, save its HMAC security token as TEAMS_FINANCE_WEBHOOK_TOKEN in Cloudflare. To let Teams questions call the EDC worker directly, also save a workspace-agent API key as CHATGPT_WORKSPACE_AGENT_API_KEY.

EDC worker

EDC/CRIO payment-readiness questions route to the ORS Query Resolution Worker when the API key is configured. Until then, the bot uses the loaded EDC alignment snapshot.
